JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end bidding process for major energy projects
- Verify bidder qualifications and compliance with PPDA regulations
- Coordinate technical evaluation committees
- Prepare contract documents for successful bidders
- Maintain procurement records per PPDA guidelines
Requirements:
- Degree in Procurement, Business Administration or related field
- CIPS certification mandatory
