On behalf of our client, a leading real estate organisation, we are seeking a Procurement Specialist to source construction materials, equipment and services that meet quality requirements, budgets and project schedules, using market knowledge, supplier evaluation and negotiation to secure value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop procurement schedules with project teams, aligned to budgets, activities and material lead times.
• Evaluate suppliers and compare quotations to recommend purchases that offer the best value.
• Negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, warranties and delivery commitments.
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries, including transport and import clearance.
• Reconcile purchase orders, receipts and invoices with Finance, and report on costs and savings.
