Position Overview
As a Professional Chef, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our patrons. You will work closely with the Manager and your supervisor in an individual work structure, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
- Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to patrons, preparing or serving specialty dishes as required.
- Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collect payments and ensure smooth transactions.
- Clean tables and counters after meals to maintain a tidy environment.
- Remove used dishes and glasses to the kitchen for cleaning.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary diploma in Hotel Management or related fields.
Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role.
