Job purpose

To manage the activities and programmes in the Business Incubator and ensure the development programmes and initiative provided, support the development of identified SMEs. Management roles Includes the design & development, evaluation and implementation of program goals, objectives, and activities together with business development partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (MBA or PMP Certification is a plus)
• 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management preferably in an NGO setting
• Previous experience in the private sector and not for profit entrepreneurial industry
