Department Overview: The Programs department designs, implements, and evaluates our core programmatic activities and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in program planning and implementation activities
  2. Support data collection and analysis for program evaluation
  3. Help coordinate program activities and participant communications
  4. Assist in preparing program reports and documentation
  5. Support stakeholder engagement and feedback collection
  6. Help with program research and best practices analysis
  7. Assist in developing program materials and resources
  8. Support event planning and logistics for program activities
  9. Think innovatively about efficiency and cost management

Required Qualifications:

  1. Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of relevant field (international business, business administration, business management, logistics/supply chain management)
  2. Strong project management and organizational skills
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in team environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with program evaluation methods
  2. Knowledge of relevant sector/industry
  3. Familiarity with project management tools
  4. Fluent in more than one language (Swahili or Karamojong preferred)
