  1. The Bidding document shall be issued using email upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000 and submission of a written application with a receipt of payment to the email address below:

Job Description (Additional Information):
The UNOC Centre of Excellence seeks modern, functional, and strategically located office space to support its mission of advancing Uganda's oil and gas sector through innovation, training, and collaboration. The selected office space must meet the following criteria:

  • Location: Preferably in Kampala or its environs, with easy access to major transport routes and amenities.
  • Size: Adequate to accommodate administrative offices, training rooms, and collaborative workspaces.
  • Facilities: Equipped with high-speed internet, reliable power backup, and modern security systems.
  • Compliance: Conformity to local zoning laws and safety regulations.
  • Accessibility: Disability-friendly infrastructure.

The successful bidder will be expected to provide a lease agreement tailored to UNOC's operational needs, including flexibility for potential expansion.
