JOB DETAILS:
- Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Carry out the measurements and prepare payment certificates.
- Monitor project costs and advise management on cost control measures.
- Prepare valuation reports, progress reports, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and technical specifications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Building Economics from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in measurement and costing software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Minimum 0.3 years’ relevant experience is an added advantage.
