All bids must be submitted electronically via our online sourcing system no later than
Wednesday,September 17,2025 at 5:30 PM.

Opening of Proposals:

Bid opening will be conducted in accordance with World Vision Uganda's internal
procedures.

Only successful bidders will be contacted.All other bidders will receive a debrief
via email after the evaluation process.

World Vision Uganda reserves the right to reject any bid and is under no obligation
to award the contract to the lowest or any bidder.
