Sinopec International Petroleum Services Co. Uganda Ltd (SINOPEC) is a Contractor on the Tilenga EPSCCOil and Gas development project.
SINOPEC is undertaking the development of the Central Processing Facility (CPF) hereby invites qualified companies to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for prequalification for the Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecommunications (EIT) Installation Works.

A. SCOPE OVERVIEW
The works shall include, but not be limited to:

• Installation of telecommunications systems, including A communication tower (approx. 80m height) and Optical Fiber Cable.

• Installation of lights poles associated electrical cable systems, trenching, backfilling and interconnections.

B. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Interested applicants must demonstrate:

• Proven experience in related works.

• Strong QHSE performance and management systems.

• Adequate financial capacity to execute works.

• Demonstrated compliance with Ugandan regulatory requirements, including but not limited NSD registration, and relevant permits/licences from applicable authorities.

Late submissions shall not be considered. Only applicants who meet the prequalification criteria shall be invited to participate in the subsequent tender stage. SINOPEC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any application without obligation to provide reasons.
