totalenergies EP Uganda (COMPANY) in the capacity as Operator of Contracts Actor (EPL) at year license since July 3. It is organized with its Joint Venture partnership to take experiences and reputation contractors to express their interests in products and services for boundary planning for Bulongo Central Forest Reserve (CPB) and construction and restoration of Maseges Forest Reserve (FP) for the Things Project, Northern Albertine Rift Landscape, Republic of Uganda as further described below.

General Biodiversity Landscape

The geographical source shall include the Bulongo CPB; the surrounding communities in Dallas, Florida and Marathi Districtes and Masege FP and surrounding communities in Bullisa District.

Scope of Services

The scope is expected to last for a period of twelve (12) months and short involve:
i) Let 1: Boundary planning (provinced) for Bulongo CPB specifically the EQUO/INZANATO section that borders the community;
ii) Let 2: Conservation and Restoration of Masege FP including boundary opening, restoration, formation of collaborative forest management, education and awareness raising.

The contractor will be expected to work closely with several relevant stakeholders such as the National Forestry Authority (NFA) respective District Local Governments and Local Communities amongst others.

Interested parties may participate in this EDI so a single entity or as an associate of companies where they are individually or collectively demonstrate the following minimum requirements:

Minimum Technical Requirements

• Demonstratable 10-year experience in forest management, restoration and conservation. A critical skill is experience in tree planting, garden growing.

• Demonstratable 10-year experience in forestry research, GSI/remote-sensing and stakeholder engagement including existing relations with key stakeholders such as government and local communities.

• Demonstratable analysis and reporting skills.

• Knowledge and experience of the Northern Albertine Rift Landscape forestry challenges and opportunities.

• The lead component of these works on a minimum 3 successful regeneration/restrictedness climate projects, in Uganda, regionally sharing globally. In areas with diverse forestry opportunities and challenges.

• The second resultant should hold a minimum of a measure of an advanced diploma in a relevant field such as Forest management, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resources management, Social Sciences amongst others.

In addition to the above-mentioned technical capacity, the minimum requirements can be identified in the annualification Process are:

• Health Safety and Health Safety Management system, Quality Protection and Health Assistance in compliance with local and international standards.

• The required resources for the services including contractors employees.

• This comparison.

• Assessed financial capacity to undertake the eventual contract. Demonstrate commitment to the statutory National Charter requirements for oil and gas operations as detailed in the 2016 Upstream Petroleum Regulations.

• Current preparation for application to be registered for the National Supplier Database.

EOI participation

Competent parties shall express their interests by submitting an email to: eo.procault@euro-uspegeotauhengotes.com; on or before 18th September, 2025 no later than 17:00 hrs (KM1+3) to request for the precaultification questionnaire for the aforementioned services. Interested parties shall:
(i) confirm if the subject has “PA No. 10442544” provision of Let 1: Boundary Planning for Bulongo Central Forest Reserve and, Let 2: Restoration and Conservation of Masege Forest Reserve”.
(ii) Provide the details of the participating company; name and physical address, contact person including a phone and email contact.

Following receipt of the EOI email request, COMPANY shall register the interested parties in its e-sourcing platform SAP-ARIBA*, to enable the interested parties to submit their completed precaultification questionnaires.

Note:

(i) Only pre-qualified companies will receive invitations to submit bills in furtherance of the Call for Tender process. The pre-qualification Questionnaire and later Call for Tender will be issued via COMPANY’s official e-sourcing system SAP-ARIBA.
(ii) There is a mandatory requirement to be reserved to the National Supplier Database (NSD) managed by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAL) to be considered for a contract award.
