Reservations Supervisor - Uganda
Role: Lead the Reservations team and ensure exceptional service delivery, accuracy, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & supervise the Reservations team
- Ensure accurate processes, SOPs & Tourplan entries
- Handle escalations & ensure smooth operations handover
- Drive conversion, profitability & accurate invoicing
- Support supplier negotiations & key agent relationships
- Oversee VIP & incentive arrangements
- Train, mentor & review staff
- Support the Country Manager where needed
Minimum Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business
- 5+ years in tour operations (2+ in supervision)
- Strong East Africa product knowledge
- Proficiency in Tourplan or similar
- Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving
- Strong commercial & analytical skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: associate degree
