Bwinbet Uganda is looking for motivated, trustworthy and customer-focused Sales Agents/Cashiers to join our team.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers with betting transactions, deposits and withdrawals.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries.
• Accurately handle cash and maintain proper transaction records.
• Promote Bwinbet products, services and available promotions to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional betting shop environment.
• Follow company procedures, cash-handling guidelines and responsible gaming requirements.
• Support daily sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the outlet.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a Diploma in any relevant field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the betting industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Honest, reliable, organized and results-oriented.
