JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Inspection & Documentation:
   • Oversee the viewing process for scrap/used motor vehicles on 27th June 2025.
   • Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions, including defects and market value estimates.
2. Bid Management:
   • Receive and log sealed bids submitted by 25th July 2025, ensuring all required details (bid price, contact info) are included.
   • Coordinate with the Managing Director’s office to evaluate bids and notify successful buyers via email.
3. Transaction Processing:
   • Facilitate cash payments from winning bidders and issue receipts.
   • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations for asset disposal.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
   • Respond to inquiries from potential buyers via phone (0753532436) or email.
   • Liaise with the hotel’s maintenance team to prepare vehicles for sale.

Requirements:

• Experience in automotive sales or asset disposal.
• Strong organizational skills for handling bids and documentation.
• Knowledge of vehicle valuation and scrap market trends.
