Position Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive their corporate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is a natural "hunter" with a proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with corporate clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to securing repeat business, and will be a key player in achieving our client's ambitious growth targets. A go-getter attitude and an achiever mindset are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Pipeline Management: Identify and target potential corporate clients across various sectors. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Execute the full sales cycle from initial contact and needs assessment to presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales for our branding, printing, and corporate gift services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., Marketing Managers, HR Managers, Procurement Officers) in corporate organizations.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our entire product portfolio to effectively recommend tailored solutions that meet specific client branding and gifting needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to strategically position our offerings.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the pipeline using our CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within PREFERABLY the coporate gifting sector,printing, branding
- Demonstrable experience managing a full sales pipeline and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Organized & Disciplined: Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts.
