JOB DETAILS:

Tegula Real Properties is seeking to hire a Sales Executive.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and business development within the real estate sector. This includes executing effective marketing strategies, understanding market trends, and collaborating with various internal teams to achieve sales targets. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a Bachelors or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any business-related course. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the sales field is required. Strong knowledge of the real-estate industry and market trends is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role. The ability to collaborate effectively with production, procurement, and design teams is also important.

Additional Details:

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working under minimum supervision. This is a full-time position based in Uganda.
