Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Sales & Marketing (Social Media) Officer to market their company’s apartments and event gardens, maximizing occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility through digital and social media platforms.

Job Description

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote apartments and event gardens

Monitor social media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage the company’s online reputation

Run targeted online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies

Work closely with the operations team to market available apartments and event packages

Generate qualified sales leads from digital and offline campaigns

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

At least 1 year of experience in social media and digital marketing

Strong communication and creativity skills

Proficiency in social media management tools and online advertising platforms

Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines
