Job Summary

The Stores Officer will be responsible for managing inventory and stock control across multiple C Care IMC branches. The role ensures proper receipt, storage, distribution, and tracking of medical and non-medical supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting uninterrupted healthcare service delivery.

Job Details

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming supplies across assigned branches

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all locations

Coordinate stock distribution between branches to ensure availability.

Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering.

Conduct regular and periodic stock counts across all branches

Investigate and reconcile stock variances.

Ensure proper storage conditions, especially for medical supplies.

Work closely with procurement and finance teams.

Prepare inventory reports and submit to management.

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and internal policies.

Requirements

Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in stores keeping or inventory management.

Experience managing stock across multiple locations is highly preferred.

Knowledge of inventory systems (ERP or stock management software).

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

High integrity and attention to detail.
