Supply Of Phone Tablets with Accessories tenders at TASO Uganda
PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO. TASO/GF/SUPLS/2025/002

1. TASO Uganda (The AIDS Support Organization) with support from Global Fund has allocated funds to be used for the procurement of Samsung Tablets and accessories. This procurement includes Supply, delivery of Samsung Tablets and accessories with installed operating systems. The Procuring Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for provision of the above supplies. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic bidding method contained in TASO Procurement and Disposal Policy manual, and is open to all bidders.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below as in (9) from 0:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9:00am to 12:00 noon (Friday) during working hours.

3. The Bidding documents in English may be accessed at no cost by interested bidders on submission of a written application letter to the address below as in (10).

4. Bids and samples must be delivered to the address below as in (10) before 11:00 am on 6th June, 2025.

5. Late bids shall be rejected nor be received and TASO shall not be liable.

6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below as in (10) on 6th June, 2025, 11:15am.

7. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 30th May, 2025 from 8:00am-10:30am virtually through zoom provided below:
