Territory Area Managers at Mogo

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets within the territory.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  3. Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Managers, provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve sales performance.
  5. Track key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.
  6. Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure that customer needs are resolved promptly within the territory.
  7. Identify training and development needs for Field Sales Managers and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  8. Address sales-related issues and conflicts within the team or with customers and develop solutions to overcome sales challenges and improve performance.
  9. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  10. Set realistic sales targets and goals for the team and individual Field Sales Managers and motivate them to achieve and exceed targets through incentives and recognition.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum education level:

  1. A University degree in the relevant field from a reputable organization.
  2. Postgraduate Diploma in marketing is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

  1. Prior experience in sales for at least 5 years.
  2. Prior experience in a sales managerial position is an added advantage.
