We are building resilient agricultural ecosystems through structured trade execution, operational excellence, and disciplined financial management.
We are seeking a Trade Reconciliation Officer to play a critical role in ensuring transaction accuracy, inventory integrity, and financial compliance across the trade lifecycle.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE
- Reconcile Executed Trades — Reconcile trades across contracts, ERP systems, GRNs, WHRs, and delivery records
- Align Stock Movements — Ensure physical stock movements match contractual positions
- Audit & Documentation — Maintain accurate, audit-ready trade documentation
- Collaboration — Work with Trading, Finance, Operations, and Warehousing to ensure smooth trade execution and reporting
- Any other task as assigned by your supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Agriculture, or related field
- Bank Experience is an added advantage
Experience
- 2–5 years in trade reconciliation or commodity finance
- Strong knowledge of physical commodity trading
Business Understanding / Knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP exposure
- High integrity, ownership, and accountability
- Ability to work in structured, process-driven environments
Languages
- Ability to read and write in English
- Additional local language is an added advantage
WORK CONDITIONS
Working indoors and outdoors; required to wear PPE; shift work; may work longer hours during peak seasons; on-site work with occasional travel as required.
