We are seeking a Trade Reconciliation Officer to play a critical role in ensuring transaction accuracy, inventory integrity, and financial compliance across the trade lifecycle.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE

  • Reconcile Executed Trades — Reconcile trades across contracts, ERP systems, GRNs, WHRs, and delivery records
  • Align Stock Movements — Ensure physical stock movements match contractual positions
  • Audit & Documentation — Maintain accurate, audit-ready trade documentation
  • Collaboration — Work with Trading, Finance, Operations, and Warehousing to ensure smooth trade execution and reporting
  • Any other task as assigned by your supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Agriculture, or related field
  • Bank Experience is an added advantage

Experience

  • 2–5 years in trade reconciliation or commodity finance
  • Strong knowledge of physical commodity trading

Business Understanding / Knowledge

  • Advanced Excel skills and ERP exposure
  • High integrity, ownership, and accountability
  • Ability to work in structured, process-driven environments

Languages

  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Additional local language is an added advantage

WORK CONDITIONS

Working indoors and outdoors; required to wear PPE; shift work; may work longer hours during peak seasons; on-site work with occasional travel as required.
