Waiter(3) & Waitress(1)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers, present menus, and explain dishes and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests.
• Serve meals professionally and ensure customer satisfaction throughout.
• Upsell menu items and provide food and beverage suggestions.
• Handle payments efficiently and prepare to-go orders.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas, following hygiene and safety standards.
• Respond politely to customer requests and handle complaints professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) or equivalent.
• The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Diploma in Hotel & Institutional Catering.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in a similar position with a good understanding of English, both written and oral.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours.
