JOB PURPOSE

The Account Relationship Officer – Enterprise is responsible for managing and growing strategic business relationships with enterprise customers. The role drives revenue through proactively seeking and securing new business, account management, customer success initiatives, and promotion of ISP solutions includingInternet connectivity, cloud services, network security, managed services, and value added solutions. This position ensures exceptional customer experience, customer retention, and achievement of sales targets.
