The Kawempe Muslim Secondary School has allocated funds to be used for Construction of a Four-Storey Dormitory Block.
The Kawempe Muslim Secondary School invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (the Act) Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 0800hrs to 1630hrs.
The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested holders at 8(b) (upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 30,000p (more Hundred Thousand Shillings).** The method of payment will be cash at the bank (Tropical Bank AC No: 2000140824).
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 14:00 on 5th December, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of (1qx 16,000,000)=(Fifteen Million) Ugandan Shillings).
Bid securities must be valid until 05th March 2025. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 15:00hrs on 5th December, 2025
There shall be a pre-bid meeting and site visit at Kawempe Muslim Secondary School: 10:00hrs 14th November 2025 on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
