Project under the Climate Resilience and Water Infrastructure for Refugees and Host Communities in Northern Uganda Programme. Part of the funds are to be used for the acquisition of the above works.

The entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.

Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2008 (the Act) and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below or call 0(81) from 8:30am to 5:00pm during official working hours.

The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders at 0(81) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000 (Uganda Shillings: One Hundred Thousand Only) per Lot. The fee includes the cost of the delivery of the documents.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8:00 am or before 11:00pm on dates stated in the table above. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in form of an unconditional bond guarantee in the amount stated above. Bid securities must be valid until 12th January, 2027. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8:00 am or before 11:00 pm on dates stated in the table above. Bids that are not submitted in the table above will be considered invalid and their acceptance will be refused.
