Uganda Electricity Generation Company Ltd has allocated funds to be used for Provision of Outdoor Cleaning Services at Karuma Hydro Power Plant (Compound Maintenance) – Khyandongo District.

The Entity Invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above services.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 205 and regulations 2023 and is open to all bidders.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only).
The method of payment will be in the Bank on UECCL Act No. 9030010177327. Stanche bank upon which bidders shall be presented a bank slip as proof of payment. The Document will be issued electronically upon presentation of a receipt of payment. -
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 10:00am on 26th November, 2025.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX 5,500,000 (Uganda Shillings Five Million Five Hundred Only). Bid security must be valid until 30th April, 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(a) at 10:10 am on 28th November, 2025.
