JOB DETAILS:
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process payments accurately (cash, card, mobile).
- Issue receipts and maintain cash records.
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports.
- Ensure accurate billing for guests and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support cash control and follow financial procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial transactions.
- Comply with hotel policies and internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' cashier experience, preferably in a hotel.
- Strong numeracy, accuracy & attention to detail.
- Good communication & customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & long hours.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel & Word); knowledge of PMS & POS System is an added advantage.

Level of Education: professional certificate
