FINCA is looking for dynamic people to join their team of professionals as Direct Sales Representatives. Details are highlighted as follows:

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Presenting, marketing and cross selling all FINCA products to potential clients by using promotional tools and mechanisms approved by FINCA Uganda management.
  • Participating in training customers on FINCA Uganda services and products
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Performing cold-calling and door-to-door sales
  • Analyzing the potential of the territory market and keeping track of sales and progress reports
  • Resolving customer queries, inquiries and complaints as per the complaints management process.

  • Good interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent at teamwork
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
  • Good problem solving, multitasking and negotiation skills.
  • High level of analytical and creative skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Professionalism
  • Fluency in English and one or two local languages

Qualification

  • A Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Education any Business-related discipline from a recognized institution
