Job Summary:

Graduate Engineer-Telecom will provide real-time monitoring and operational support for the organisation’s backbone network, PoPs, cross-border links, and regional fiber infrastructure by manning the Network Operation Centre (NOC).

Graduate Engineer-Electrical will support the design, installation, deployment and maintenance of power and energy solutions including solar energy solutions.

Requirements:

Applicants must hold a first class or second-class upper bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical Engineering or a related field. No experience is required but exposure to telecom or ISP operations and basic understanding of networking technologies (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) will be added advantage for Graduate Engineer-Telecommunications. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills, the ability to work in rotating shifts, excellent communication abilities, and high reliability in high-pressure environments are essential for both positions.
