Blue Crane Communications (BCC) is building Uganda’s first fully local industrial automation capability — and we’re looking for a visionary Automation Leader to build it from the ground up.
Role Overview
This role combines strategy + deep technical execution, covering:
- PLC, SCADA, HMI & DCS systems
- Manufacturing, water & wastewater, power & BMS
- Industrial IoT, robotics & energy automation
- OEM partnerships (Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Rockwell, etc.)
- Training and mentoring Ugandan engineers
