Human Resource Manager
Are you a results-driven professional with strong negotiation and communication skills? Join our team at SLS Solutions International Ltd as a Human Resource Manager and play a key role in managing the team while maintaining positive customer relationships.

At SLS Solutions International Ltd, we specialize in ethical, results-driven recovery of digital loans for banks, microfinance institutions, and fintech lenders. We're committed to professionalism, compliance, and innovation in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic Human Resource (HR) advisory support to senior management on workforce planning, organizational development and risk mitigation.
- Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and processes aligned with organizational objectives and statutory requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics ie recruitment, turnover, absenteeism etc to senior management supporting decision making and strategic planning.
- Oversee end to end recruitment (onboarding, contracts and exits) while ensuring timely hiring of qualified employees to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate, up to date and well-organized employee records (physical and digital formats) and proper documentation of all employee activities.
- Safeguard employee data by enforcing data protection, confidentiality and controlled access to sensitive HR information.
- Coordinate and oversee the performance management process including appraisals, performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
- Identify organizational training and development needs to improve employee competencies and productivity.
- Oversee and handle employee related matters ie disciplinary cases, grievances and conflict resolution while advising line managers on conflict management and HR best practices.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and organizational values.
- Provide support and guidance to external HR service providers employed by the firm (eg recruitment agencies, training consultants, legal advisors etc)
- Work collaboratively in achieving the firm's short, medium and long-term financial objectives.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in call Centre environment is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in leadership and management activities.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in managing full employee life cycle, employee relations, HR compliance.
- Proven experience in policy development and performance management.
