S Kant East Africa Limited is a pharmaceutical manufacturing subsidiary of S Kant Healthcare Limited, based in the Namanve Industrial Park.
HVAC TECHNICIAN – OFF-RELIEVER
Job Purpose
To provide HVAC technical support as an off-reliever, ensuring continuity of HVAC operations, maintenance and breakdown response across shifts and staff absences.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Respond to HVAC breakdowns and alarms.
- Inspect AHUs, chillers, pumps, compressors and ventilation equipment.
- Monitor environmental conditions.
- Support troubleshooting of HVAC and BMS systems.
- Replace defective components where required.
- Maintain maintenance records and logbooks.
- Provide cover for HVAC technicians during leave, rest days or other absences.
- Follow GMP, safety and environmental procedures.
- Support emergency maintenance activities.
- Report major faults to the responsible engineer.
Qualifications & Experience
- Industrial Technical/ITI qualification or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of HVAC experience.
- Industrial or pharmaceutical experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and provide off-relief coverage.

Level of Education: associate degree
