Makerere University invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for various academic, administrative, and support staff positions.

Responsibilities or duties

1. Teach, examine and grade students;

2. Supervise research for students;

3. Mentor junior staff;

iii. An honors Bachelor of Catering and Hotel Management or Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management or Bachelor of Tourism or Bachelor of Travel and Tourism.

1. APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT LECTURER SHOULD NOT EXCEED 40 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION.

2. APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT LECTURER SHOULD HAVE A CGPA OF 4.0 AND ABOVE EXCEPT FOR APPLICANTS IN THE DEPARTMENTS OF PSYCHIATRY WHO SHOULD HAVE A COPA OF 3.60 AND ABOVE

3. APPLICANTS FOR ALL OTHER POSITIONS SHOULD NOT EXCEED 55 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION.
