On behalf of our client, a Cocoa Producing Company, we seek to recruit and interview for a Branch Manager to lead our quality management systems and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and customer requirements.
• Oversee quality control processes for raw cocoa beans, processing operations, packaging, and finished products.
• Establish and monitor quality assurance procedures, specifications, and testing protocols.
• Lead internal and external audits and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage laboratory testing activities and ensure accuracy of quality analyses.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier qualification processes.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance, food safety, and continuous improvement practices.
• Prepare quality reports and present performance indicators to management.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure product quality throughout the value chain.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality management reporting tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Quality Management, HACCP, ISO 22000, or related food safety systems is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and audit processes.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining HACCP, GMP, and ISO management systems.
