To All Interested Consultants, This addendum is issued in respect to the Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) for the Consultancy Services for the Detailed Feasibility Study, Design and Construction Supervision of the Proposed Railway Training Institute at Rubongi, Tororo District published in the New Vision newspaper of Thursday 16th July, 2026 and the East African of Saturday 18th July, 2026.
