Sales Manager (Automotive) – Kampala, Uganda
Our client, an automotive company setting up vehicle dealership operations in Uganda, is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager. The successful candidate will lead the dealership’s sales function, driving vehicle sales, developing customer acquisition strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring monthly and annual targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company targets while monitoring performance and analyzing market trends.
- Lead a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, target setting, and ongoing performance management.
- Oversee key customer relationships and CRM usage to ensure satisfaction, accurate data, and strong account management.
- Work with finance and brand partners to set pricing strategies and design targeted promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management and ensure full compliance with internal policies and brand standards.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer finance, and fleet sales.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
