Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchase journey, achieving sales targets, and building lasting relationships within our community.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

  • Greet customers and identify their needs, preferences, and budget
  • Showcase motorcycle models and clearly explain their features and benefits
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test rides
  • Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions, including trade-in evaluations
  • Process all sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Provide financing, warranty, and insurance options in collaboration with the finance and insurance department
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business
  • Upsell accessories and upgrades to enhance the customer’s motorcycle experience
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly
  • Collaborate with the service department to schedule maintenance and relay service information

Business Development

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and motorcycle rallies to network and promote the dealership
  • Work with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, new model launches, and demo days
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised showroom environment

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock ordering and level monitoring
  • Track personal performance metrics and contribute to dealership sales targets
  • Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Knowledge of motorcycle models, features, and industry trends (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Should be able to ride a motorcycle.
