VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

A reputable secondary school in Wakiso district along Hoima Road is seeking to recruit a qualified and disciplined School Nurse / Matron to join our team.

Key Responsibilities;

• Providing first aid and basic medical care to students.
• Monitoring students’ health and hygiene.
• Keeping medical records and administering prescribed medication.
• Guiding students on personal hygiene and healthy living.
• Supervising students’ welfare and maintaining discipline in the dormitories.
• Responding to emergencies and referring serious cases to hospitals.

Requirements

• Age 24-30yrs
• Certificate in Nursing or related medical field.
• Experience in a school setting is an added advantage.
• Good communication and counseling skills.
• Caring, and able to work with students.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.

Salary 320k-350k (monthly) meals and accommodation provided at work.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
