JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

The Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service while ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. The role involves taking orders, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and responding promptly to guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome guests and assist them with menu selections.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Restaurant Operations

• Prepare and set dining tables before service.
• Clear and reset tables after guests depart.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Process bills and payments where required.

Teamwork

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Support colleagues during busy service periods.
• Participate in restaurant opening and closing procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in restaurant service.
