STRUCON LIMITED is a multi-disciplinary firm specialising in Civil and Building Construction, Engineering Consultancy, Planning, Property Management, and the Supply of Civil Engineering Materials. We undertake a broad range of services, including feasibility studies, surveys, design, tender documentation, bills of quantities, bid evaluation, construction supervision, project management, and material supply. We are seeking qualified, dynamic, and results-oriented individuals to join our growing team in the position below.
Position: Graduate Civil engineer
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting technical and project teams in delivering engineering solutions and project execution tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of bid documents
- Supporting design tasks across various engineering disciplines
- Participating in project planning and preparation of work schedules
- Engaging with stakeholders and attending project meetings
- Preparing detailed working drawings and as-built documentation
- Assisting in the compilation of technical and progress reports and quality assurance documentation
- Providing on-site technical support to the project field teams
- Performing any other duties assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or equivalent
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a professional engineering environment
