JOB DETAILS:

Job Description

As part of its business expansion, Mena Granite LTD is hiring for various positions within its granite manufacturing plant. Selected candidates will work in a high-performance industrial environment, contributing to the production and quality control of granite products for both domestic supply and regional export. Candidates will be responsible for operating specialized machinery, maintaining production standards, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety regulations.

Each role will involve working under the supervision of technical managers and may include shift-based schedules.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Quality Controller:

• Inspect granite products for quality compliance
• Monitor production lines and identify defects
• Ensure adherence to company standards and specifications

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

• Proven experience in similar roles within a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Technical knowledge of granite processing machinery (depending on the role)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work in a factory environment located outside Kampala
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
