Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Kampala. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The responsibilities also include creating sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and participating in client meetings. The role requires a professional, client-focused individual capable of representing the company effectively.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales strategies, client acquisition, and customer relationship management.
- Market Research and Analysis: Ability to gather and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Communication and Presentation: Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience delivering professional presentations to stakeholders.
- Finance-Related Knowledge: Background in trade finance, financial products, or understanding of international trade concepts is beneficial.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to devise creative solutions and adapt strategies to meet business objectives.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in project management tools or CRM systems is a plus.
