We are expanding our team and seeking motivated Sales & Marketing Agents to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the healthcare sector.
Role Purpose
The Sales & Marketing Agents will be responsible for promoting products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a dynamic role that requires initiative, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients within healthcare facilities.
- Present and demonstrate products to diverse stakeholders.
- Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines and prepare daily/monthly reports.
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with technical teams for product demos, onboarding, and after-sales support.
- Participate in performance review meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (healthcare, software, or B2B sales experience is an advantage).
- Existing network within healthcare facilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex products for non-technical audiences.
- Results-driven with proven ability to meet targets.
- High integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
