We are expanding our team and seeking motivated Sales & Marketing Agents to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the healthcare sector.

Role Purpose

The Sales & Marketing Agents will be responsible for promoting products, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a dynamic role that requires initiative, resilience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients within healthcare facilities.
  • Present and demonstrate products to diverse stakeholders.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines and prepare daily/monthly reports.
  • Build long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for product demos, onboarding, and after-sales support.
  • Participate in performance review meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (healthcare, software, or B2B sales experience is an advantage).
  • Existing network within healthcare facilities is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to simplify complex products for non-technical audiences.
  • Results-driven with proven ability to meet targets.
  • High integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
