Jubilee Life Insurance Uganda is hiring a Senior Claims Officer to lead care navigation at Jubilee Insurance, ensuring policyholders get timely, high-quality healthcare guidance. Oversee provider relationships, drive process improvements, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management,
- or related field
- 3-5 years in care navigation, healthcare coordination, or customer service (supervisory experience preferred)
- Analytical, team-oriented, and compliance-aware
Work Hours: 8
