Are you a passionate trainer ready to inspire women entrepreneurs? Join the master training to improve communication, pitching, and negotiation skills for women-led businesses across East Africa! The International Trade Centre’s She Trades Initiative, in partnership with the East African Women in Business Platform (EAWiBP), invites exceptional trainers from Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda to apply for an exciting Training of Trainers (ToT) program under the MARKUP II project.

 The MARKUP II project's training focus areas are as follows:

• Assertive communication & business pitching
• Negotiation skills
• Teamwork, collaboration, and conflict resolution
• Tailored for women-led businesses in key export sectors (e.g., coffee, spices, horticulture, packaging).

Who Are We Looking For?

• Based in Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, or Uganda
• 3+ years’ experience in adult training or coaching
• Strong background in communication, leadership, negotiation, or women’s empowerment
• Fluent in English and national/local language
• Passionate about inclusive growth and gender-responsive trade.

What will you do?

* Complete virtual and in-person Training of Trainers (ToT).

* Replicate training for 60 women entrepreneurs in your country.

* Receive ongoing mentorship and support from ITC She Trades.

* Collaborate with EAWiBP for logistics and outreach.

Trainer Compensation: $250/day for each training session (USD 1,000 total)

 Travel and accommodation to Nairobi fully covered

Level of Education: bachelor degree
