JOB DETAILS:
RiyoChick Uganda Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Production Manager to join our team in Busunju.
If you’re passionate about poultry production, animal welfare, and farm management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career with a dynamic and progressive agribusiness.
Key Highlights:
Oversee daily farm operations and staff supervision
Ensure flock health, feed, and water system efficiency
Support production monitoring, biosecurity, and quality assurance
Mentor teams and manage farm compliance activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Animal or Poultry Science, Veterinary Science, or Agriculture
At least 5 years’ experience in poultry farm management (preferably caged systems)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: associate degree
