Are you a strategic HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments? Our client is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with business leaders in driving people strategies that enhance performance, strengthen culture, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, labour law compliance, and HR best practices.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to support workforce planning and informed business decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' HR Generalist experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partnering role.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, performance management, employee relations, labour laws, and HR analytics.
- Experience using HRIS platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM is an added advantage.
