JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive Junior Sourcing Officer to identify, engage, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates across key industries, supporting faster recruitment delivery and maintaining a high-quality talent database.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year's experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment databases.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, target-driven, and able to manage multiple sourcing activities independently.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
