SUPPLY OF A SPECIALIZED (CUSTOM-BUILT)

STATION WAGON VEHICLE

PROC REFERENCE NUMBER: EQG/SUPLS/25-26/00036

1. The Government of the Republic of Uganda through Equal Opportunities Commission has received funds to be used for the acquisition of supply of a specialized (custom-built) station wagon vehicle.

2. Equal Opportunities Commission invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

3. Blading will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Blading method contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the blading documents at the address given below at 8(q) from 8:30 am to 5:00pm local time during working days.

5. The Blading documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(h) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$ 100,000+ (Uganda Shilling One Hundred Thousand Only). The mention of payment will be Cash. The documents will be hand delivered. No liability will be accepted for loss of late delivery.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11:00am for September 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of US$ 12,000,000+ (twelve million billings only). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the address below at 8(d) at 11:30am on 10^th September, 2025.

7. There will be no pre-bid meeting.
