9. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ugx 100,000= (one hundred thousand shillings only) for open bidding and Ugx 50,000= (Fifty thousand shillings only) for prequalification documents. The method of payment will be through the Mountains of the Moon University (MMU) Zeepay payment method where a contractor generates a payment reference.
10. This procurement is reserved for National and Resident Providers in accordance with Guideline Reference No. 12018: Guideline on Reservation Schemes to Promote Local Content in Public Procurement.
11. The deadline for bid submission shall be at 12:00 noon on Friday 2nd October 2026.
