Your responsibilities

• To analyze and reconcile Casual/ seasonal workers’ payrolls from the sections for making a payment schedule.
• To prepare accrued expenses, provisions, prepayments and mileage journals.
• To accurately key in Bank payment vouchers into Sunsystem Accounting Package and in the proper ledger accounts.
• To check Cash payments and journals done by the cashier.
• To file monthly Returns like VAT, WHT and VAT WHT 
• To do the daily Invoicing of all local sales and making journals
• Reconciling the local issue vouchers, receipts, and gate passes.
• To perform any other duties as shall be assigned from time to time by management.

Your profile 

•   Bachelor's degree in business accounting or related field 
• Experience in business management
• Relevant financial experience in an international environment will be an added advantage 
• You should have a good command of the MS Office package, especially Excel
• Any professional training e.g. ACCA, CPA etc.
